For each strategy, members see the trades I place in my own account: every buy and sell with its fill price, time and broker, the open positions with their weights, the closed trades with their profit or loss, and a plain-English reason for each trade. It is shared for education only — it is not advice and not a recommendation to trade.
Yes. Every trade shown is a fill from my own brokerage account for that strategy, with its exact quantity, price and time, and the page shows what the account is actually worth. Returns are time-weighted, so money I add or withdraw changes the account value but is not counted as profit or loss. SPY and QQQ are shown as if the same deposits had bought and held them on the same days.
Trades are published on a schedule set by the operator — usually once a day after the market close — and are the same for every member. StrategyFolio never sends trade alerts to act on.
No. Nothing here trades for you. You can practise the ideas in a paper account inside your member portal. Anything you do in a real brokerage account is your own decision.
From the strategy's own decision at the time of each trade — for example a weekly ranking, a market-regime signal or a rebalance back to target weights — written in plain language. They explain the reasoning; they are not a promise about what happens next.
StrategyFolio is a members-only platform where I share the trades I place in my own account, strategy by strategy, for education. For each strategy you see every buy and sell with its fill price and time, the reason behind it, the open positions and their weights, and the results in real dollars compared with SPY and QQQ. Nothing here trades for you or tells you what to do; you can practise the ideas in a paper account.
No. StrategyFolio and its operator are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or licensed financial or trading analyst, and do not recommend any trade. The strategies are software for educational and training purposes. You decide whether and how to use them. Please read the Terms & Risk Disclosure.
Request a trial on the sign-up page. An administrator reviews every request, and you get an email when your member portal is ready. The trial lasts 30 days and covers every strategy: open any strategy and choose See my trades to follow its trades and results. No credit card is needed for the trial.
To keep the community small and make sure every member has read the risk disclosures and fits the program's risk level. Your sign-up experience and risk profile helps with that decision; it is never used to give you personal advice. Approval is usually quick. Watch for the welcome email, and check your spam folder.
You subscribe per strategy, from $99 / month per strategy; current prices and any bundle deals are on the home page. The trial is free. A subscription gives you that strategy's published trades, the reasons behind them, its positions and its results.
Yes. On your Subscription page, tick the strategies you want: the best price is applied automatically, including a bundle if that's cheaper. You can add more later; each one is billed monthly.
Sometimes. When a promotion is running, it's shown on the home page and applied automatically. If you have a promo code, enter it when you sign up, or later on your Subscription page in the member portal. A code discounts the order total; codes can't be combined and each can be used once.
Any time, per strategy, from Subscription → Cancel next to that strategy. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. If the strategy is part of a bundle, cancelling ends the whole bundle; you can then subscribe to the others individually.
Yes. Until the paid month ends you can press Keep subscription. After it ends, you can subscribe again from the Subscription page.
The trades you see come from the founder's own account, which runs with market-hours and holiday guards, sanity checks and per-order limits. Trades are published on a schedule, the same for every member, and are never sent as alerts to act on.
If publishing is delayed, for example when prices aren't available, the day's trades appear at the next publish — nothing is lost. Nothing on StrategyFolio trades in your account, so a delay never affects your money.
StrategyFolio does not trade for you. If you decide to trade in your own account, the gains and losses are yours to report, and your broker sends the tax forms. Frequent short-term trades can be taxed differently from long-term ones, so talk to a tax professional.
The site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as strong one-way hashes, and you never connect a brokerage account to StrategyFolio. Every important action, such as logins and setting changes, is logged. You can turn on 2-step verification with an authenticator app under Account.
